Play Mode Privacy Policy

Play Mode ("the App") records game scores and lets you share and live-broadcast results. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect: real name, email, phone number, address, precise location (GPS), contacts, photos/files, or financial/payment information.

2. How We Use Information

App functionality: relaying live game progress to spectators in the broadcast feature
Service improvement: usage analysis (Firebase Analytics)
Security: blocking bots and abusive access (Firebase App Check)

3. Third Parties and Data Processing

Data is processed via Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Cloud Firestore, App Check). Google acts as a data processor and uses the data only to provide these services. We do not sell or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Spectator session data (including nicknames and scores) is automatically deleted 2 days after creation.
Local game history is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.

5. Data Security

All server communication is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information targeted at any specific age group. Nicknames entered by users are arbitrary display names and do not require real names.
